Distribution by Others

Requests for permission to use any of our Internet Entertainment Charts are pouring in on a regular basis. To keep track of the places where the charts are being published, we ask each each new distributor to answer some questions about his/her publication.
Questions
	Please take your time to answer these questions. Once we have received your answers, we can put you on our mailing list, and you can start publishing our charts.
1	Which of our charts do you want to publish?
2	What is the name of your magazine/BBS/other publication?
3	Is it paper or electronic? (If it is a magazine.)
4	What is the name of the publisher? (If it is a magazine.)
5	What is the name of the person responsible for the charts in your publication? (Is that you?)
6	What is this persons' email address? (Your address?)
7	How many readers does your magazine/BBS/other publication have?
8	In what city/country/parts of the world do people have access to it?
9	Is your publication free or do your readers have to pay for it?
10	How often is it published? (If it is a magazine.)
11	How often do you want to publish the chart? (Every time?)
12	What part of the chart do you want to publish? (The whole list?)
13	In which section/on what page can the readers find the list?
14	Do you want to be on the weekly mailing list for distributors?
15	Is it alright with you if we mention the title of your publication on our WWW site? (As one of the Authorised Distributors?)
16	Is it alright with you if we mention the name and/or email address of the person you mentioned above? (Possibly you?)
Comments
	The second thing we ask of you is: We would like to be put on your mailing list if your publication is a magazine (paper or electronic). If you have a free publication or your finances do not allow this, then you don't have to do this. But if you run a commercial publication, we insist on receiving copies of it, in return for the free weekly delivery of the charts.

The last thing we ask of you is: Make sure that your readers have a way of finding the charts on the Internet, if they find it interesting. Our copyright notice should also be present. This means that you have to include:
	one of our email addresses OR our WWW URL (http://www.xs4all.nl/~jojo)
At least one of these should be mentioned with the publication. (It could help bringing in new voters.) And somewhere in your publication it should say (c) World Charts.
	Thank you for your support of the charts. Once we have received your answers to the questions, you will be named Authorized Distributor and only then you will have permission to use them for your publication. That permission will be valid until further notice.
